Parish School of Religion

PSR - Parish School of Religion

Parish School of Religion is an opportunity for students who do not attend a Catholic grade school to learn about God and the Catholic Faith. Students receive textbooks which they are allowed to keep which focus the curriculum for the year on a specific topic pertaining to God. Besides learning new things about God and their faith, students also participate in prayer services and reconciliation services, learn about the liturgical year, read from the bible, create Bible focused crafts, engage in Advent and Lent practices, and celebrate the sacraments of Reconciliation and First Communion in 2nd grade and Confirmation in 8th grade.

PSR classes are on Sunday from 10:15-11:30 AM.

If you have any questions, please contact Sr. Dorothy Fuchs SND by email or calling 330-492-3119 ex. 18.

If your child is absent from class, please contact Sister Dorothy, and she will contact the catechist regarding the missing work that needs to be completed.
