Social Justice Ministries
Embracing Pope Francis' Vision
for Parish Life
Service opportunities are plentiful and include outreach in: Food, Shelter, Clothing, and Advocacy.
Please join the journey!
Together as a parish we encounter Jesus with our neighbors through local, regional and global outreach.
Mission and Vision:
Walking in the Footsteps of Christ we are called to share our gifts as a way of life by providing service to those in need, advocating for justice in social structures and connecting faith with action through local, regional and global outreach ministry.
Volunteer Opportunities
Catholic Charities Serving Portage and Stark Counties has need of volunteers at the downtown Canton office. Volunteers may assist with the food pantry (stocking shelves, assisting clients) or with the clothing "store" wehre clients may "shop" for children's clothing.
If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Angela at 330-491-0896 x101.

Your cash support is welcome and needed. Your help in supplying water or other beverages, snacks, lunches is most appreciated. We can all be a part of this ministry as we work with others to provide a hand up to the Lucariello-Suggs family who will be working alongside the Habitat volunteers.
